A completely new building but designed to be in keeping with the original cottage on the same site that became derelict. The cottage is constructed of the salvaged local stone and retaining many of the original features. The cottage is currently on-site.

3 new apartments were created within the existing 4 storey building retaining an office/shop on the ground floor. Efficient space planning was needed to ensure there were no changes to external windows or other alterations to the exterior of the listed building.
